Web Hosting Agreement
This Web Hosting Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of March 29, 2026, by and between:
NodeForge Hosting, a Sole Proprietorship organised and existing under the laws of India, with its principal place of business in Gurgaon, Haryana, India – 122006 ("Provider"),
and
[Client Name] ("Client").
1. Services Provided
1.1 Service Description
The Provider agrees to provide hosting services including but not limited to:
- Web Hosting
- Game Server Hosting (including Minecraft and similar services)
- VPS and infrastructure hosting
- Storage and database services
- Other hosting-related services
1.2 Service Changes
The Provider may modify or improve services at any time.
2. Service Levels and Support
2.1 Uptime
The Provider aims to maintain 98% uptime on a best-effort basis. This is not guaranteed.
2.2 Support
Support is available via:

3. Data Privacy and Responsibility
3.1 Legal Compliance
The Provider complies with applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
3.2 Backup Responsibility
The Client is fully responsible for maintaining backups.
The Provider is not liable for any data loss.
4. Financial Terms
4.1 Billing
Services are billed in advance using third-party payment gateway providers and supported payment methods.
4.2 Payment Processing
NodeForge Hosting uses third-party payment gateway providers to process all transactions. We do not store or directly process your payment information.
By making a payment, you agree to comply with the terms and policies of the respective payment gateway provider.
NodeForge Hosting shall not be held liable for any issues arising from payment processing, including but not limited to:
- Transaction failures
- Delays
- Declined payments
- Gateway downtime
We reserve the right to change or update payment gateway providers at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Renewal & Suspension
- Clients will be notified 7 days before the due date
- Services are suspended on the due date if unpaid
- Services are terminated after 30 days of non-payment
4.4 Refund Policy
- Refunds are available only for the first purchase
- Must be requested within 24 hours via support
- Renewals are non-refundable
- Abuse or misuse voids refund eligibility
5. Acceptable Use Policy
The Client agrees NOT to use services for:
- DDoS attacks or related activity
- Illegal content or unlawful activity
- Cryptocurrency mining or resource abuse
- Spam, phishing, or unsolicited communication
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
6. Monitoring and Enforcement
The Provider reserves the right to monitor usage to ensure compliance with this Agreement.
7. Liability
7.1 Limitation
The Provider is not responsible for:
- Downtime
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Loss of revenue or profits
7.2 Disclaimer
All services are provided "as is" without warranties.
8. Termination
8.1 By Provider
The Provider may terminate services for:
- Violation of terms
- Non-payment
- Abuse of services
8.2 Data Deletion
All data may be permanently deleted upon termination.
9. Intellectual Property
The Client retains ownership of their data.
The Provider retains ownership of infrastructure and systems.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless required by law.
11. Force Majeure
The Provider is not responsible for failures caused by events beyond control.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
13. General Terms
- This Agreement represents the full agreement
- Invalid clauses do not affect others
- No third-party beneficiaries
14. Age Requirement
Client must be:
- At least 18 years old, OR
- Have guardian consent
15. Privacy Policy
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
